Our journey began with our founder Clement Yip. Growing up in the vibrant culture mix of East and West in Hong Kong, a summer job at a candle factory at 16 sparked a lifelong passion for the tranquility of candle making - a passion that would later illuminate his journey in ways he could never have imagined.
Clement’s path led him to the US, where he embraced diverse cultures and experiences. His life unfolded in two distinct chapters. Each marked by its own unique triumphs and challenges.
The first chapter, a hard-earned executive career marked by successful startup, leadership in digital marketing networks, and digital business consulting at a top global firm. Yet, the relentless stress of corporate life began to take its toll. In the midst of all, he found solace in the simple, grounding moments of nature, meditation and the gentle glow of candles. One sunrise, he knew it was time for a change.
His second chapter took a complete new direction. He traveled the world, discovering the profound beauty of our nature’s ecosystems. Along the way, he redefined what it meant to find inner peace. Inspired by his travels, he founded "inner-serene" a brand dedicated to crafting natural scented candles that evoke the tranquility of nature. Each candle is a story, a memory, and a reminder of the beauty that surrounds us.
Clement's desire is not just to create products, but to inspire others on their own journey to inner peace. "We're grateful to connect with people from all walks of life," he says. "Together, we can create a more compassionate and harmonious world, one heart at a time."
